Alex Hayes is a dedicated police professional that has excelled at all ranks, through Chief of Police with the Omaha, Nebraska Police Department. Alex has demonstrated the skills and abilities necessary to lead a metropolitan sized city police agency.
Alex has extensive experience in leading men and women, overseeing and conducting complex investigations, budget preparation, grant management, and technology integration. He has proven to be an outstanding problem solver and communicator with abilities in organizational design, strategic planning, collective bargaining agreements, and mediation.
